Awards
The economic results reached in recent 10 years are based on hard work of all employees. The firm has been ranked among leading manufacturers in the Czech Republic, which is proved by tens of prizes granted to the firm, which confirm the right way after the privatization.
From the viewpoint of technical competence, the LEADING EDGE award given to the firm as the best supplier of VW concern in 1998 is still a very prestigious award. In the last 5 years the firm was always evaluated as one of the best firms in this country in the CZECH 100 BEST poll. In CZECH TOP 100 the firm was four times classified among the top 100 most admired firms, and at the same time it several times was ranked the first in the electronics and optics category. Export successes reflected in repeated award of the title Exporter of the Year. Also the 1st place in the competition for the title Firm of the Region awarded in South Bohemia in 2004 is also valuable. The firm appreciates the title FAMILY SILVER, which has been granted to it as one of few entirely Czech company with so long and successful tradition. "Tradition and goodwill of some companies create the wealth of the society. Prestigious award Family Silver stands for something we are proud of, something we perceive with respect and certain sentiment.... " (Poll of Lidove noviny and Who is Who Agency). Very important for the prestige of the firm is also its success in the AURA competition at the exhibition AUTOSALON 2005, where the BRISK exposition was evaluated among all exhibitors as one of best three expositions.
These and a lot of other successes of the firm could not be reached without good managers able to take strategic and right decisions, to manage and control. As an expression of these abilities Ing. Mojmir Capka, the chairman of the board of directors and managing director, became repeatedly the finalist of the polls Manager of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Year.
In 1998 VW granted the title "LEADING EDGE" to the firm as one of the best suppliers of the concern.
